How do I register with OJM Recruitment?

Simply click on the Work Seeker Registration button and follow the instructions for registration.

Is it necessary to answer all the registration questions?

You should answer all the questions that are appropriate to you. The more comprehensive your answers, the more accurate will be our candidate search, which seeks to match candidate qualifications, skills, experience, preferred location and required salary to the requirements of all the vacancies posted.

How long will I stay registered?

Your details will be registered on our database and will stay there indefinitely or until you request their removal.

Do I need to do anything once I am registered?

We only ask that you keep us informed of any changes to your current circumstances. That is if you have accepted a job and no longer wish to remain in our candidate search area.

Will it cost me anything?

No. Registering with OJM Recruitment will cost you nothing except your time.

How quickly will I find a job?

This will depend on many factors such as your notice period, whether you are immediately available, and the current market conditions. The more available and flexible you are, the faster the process is likely to be.

What sort of jobs do you have?

We deal with Temporary, Permanent and Contract positions in the following sectors: Electronics, IT, Defence, Aerospace, Science, Chemical and Space Engineering.  Our jobs range from graduate opportunities to senior executive positions.

Who are your clients?

We have an extensive portfolio of blue chip and multinational clients in industries as diverse as Financial Services, Telecommunications, Aerospace, Space, Defence, Biotechnology and Consumer Electronics to name but a few.

What geographical areas do you cover?

We are able to recruit for vacancies all over the UK and in some areas of Europe. We particularly recruit for positions in the Home Counties, the South East, the South West, the North West and Wales in the UK and occasionally include South West France.

What qualifications do I need?

This really depends on the position advertised, but we do tend to seek personnel for specialist roles. These roles normally require a minimum of HNC/HND/ degree qualifications or significant specialist experience. Our consultants will be able to advise you as to the exact requirements for specific vacancies although we always state the qualification requirements in the advertised vacancy.

What sort of salary can I expect?

Your salary will depend on a number of different factors including previous experience, qualifications and job location.
